Dallas Independent School District (Dallas ISD) Facility Rental

Note that Real Property Management is closed on the following dates:  March 29th; May 27th (Memorial Day); June 19th (Juneteenth); July 1st - 5th (Summer Break) .  Rental requests are not reviewed nor processed on closure dates.

Welcome to SchoolSpace, the Dallas ISD Facility Rental System. SchoolSpace allows the entire rental process to be conducted online, from submitting the rental requests to their approval and even paying the rental fees.  If this is your first time using the system, please register by clicking “Register” on the top right-hand corner. The registration process will prompt you to create a password. If you are already registered, click “sign in” in the upper right-hand corner to access your account. You may reset your password using the “Sign in” link if you've forgotten it. To advance the rental process and avoid delays, we require that the requestor fill out all the information about their group or organization on My Account.

Once registered and signed in, you can search for a specific school and facility you would like to rent by clicking the “Find a Space” link in the upper right-hand corner.  You can also search for a school within a specific area using the interactive map to the left. When you have found the facility you would like to rent, click the “Request Facility Use” link to access the application form. We encourage you to click the “Start Page Tour” link on the bottom right-hand corner of the application form.

Rental requests must be submitted at least fifteen (15) district business days before the submission date.  Requests cannot be submitted more than six (6) months in advance of the date of the request.  Policy GKD Exhibit, which includes the hourly rental rates was updated effective August 2022 and may differ from previous rates.

If you have any questions on how to submit a rental request, please contact us at opsrpm@dallasisd.org.
